The “MIDITA – 108” ECG unit is a handy portable ECG device that can acquire simultaneous 12 channel ECG for diagnostic purposes. It is connected to the patient through 10 lead detachable cable through a D-type connector and each lead end of the cable is connected to  the electrode on the other side. It supports 2  long lead wires for legs which are connected to clamp electrodes. A flexi-strap has been provided to hold the electrodes for proper positioning of the chest electrodes. The elastic nature of the strap gives the flexibility to adjust the position depending on the chest size. The device streams out the ECG data onto an android smart phone/ Tap through bluetooth connection. It is supported by an intuitive android mobile App with configurable digital filters. The device is powered by 2xAA Battery with a single button for ON/OFF control. There are 2 LEDs on the membrane sticker for power indication and bluetooth connection indication. The ECG waveforms are viewed on the smart phone display. The ECG reports are generated on the smartphone, that can be shared anytime to anywhere through WhatsApp, email, SHAREit or other digital means available on the phone.
